I absolutely love wind turbines. here in texas there are some that go for miles and miles. when I drive past I always insist that we stop the car so I can go and get up close and just sit, watch and listen.

Spot on Paul. I can see 5 of the 18 turbine Tournafulla (Airtricity) windfarm from my house and actually took a Sunday drive to the hilltop last week. There were plenty other 'tourists' sightseeing there too. It's a spectacular sight on the main Limerick -> Tralee road. http://www.airtricity.com/international/wind_fa...
