We hold on to child-hood memories, and standards, that when applied, in adulthood, to the original three movies makes for an unfair situation. Rose coloured glasses and all that.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A friend here in Ireland had never seen Star Wars before last year. She then went and watched them all and loved the whole series. Though she said the original three were a bit old and corny :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And anyway. I rather liked the three new movies. They aren't great but they fit into the story well and are entertaining.
