  • The Cricket over here is just electrifying. I have not been this cought up in anything since the Rugby World Cup in SA in 1995 - records being smashed all over the place, and Hooray for IRELAND!!! It was a great game - especially the last 15 overs where it looked like Pakistan could actually pull the game back after 3 dismissals in the space of about 6 balls, and the crowd just shut up. it was insanely tense - I'm not even Irish and I felt the tension in the pit of my stomach. Eventually Ireland pulled through with some sensible batting to win the game with a 6 (with 8 overs or so and 3 wickets to spare). Great day for Ireland, and for world cricket. hopefully now, you'll be able to get the Cricket on the big screen at those Irish Pubs...
