Nokia N95 - The browser

We just took delivery of a Nokia N95 as a target phone for one of our projects here at the TSSG.   • I'm heading the global marketing for the Web Browser for S60 that you greatly talk about on N95. Thanks for the encouragement.

    BTW, you may be interested to note that we also recently launched widgets that also uses the same WebKit core as the browser. you may want to visit www.s60.com/widgets to find out more.
  • Hmm... does the N95 not run Safari (or an implemntaton of it) like the N73 I have? Unfortunately, Nokia seem to have a crappy WAP browser on the N73 too for no apparent reason.
  • It isn't Safari but it uses the Webkit engine so renders pretty similar to Safari. The N73 can be upgraded to Symbian 60 Series 3 as far as I know which has the same browser as the N95.

  • Hi, i am trying to acces to a web application that deploy a map of arcgis and uses ajax. I cannot access from my nokia n95 web browser s60 to the application. The map does not deploy in the screen, what could be? I have also proved with a blackberry and it has the same problem. Help!!!!
