I am very glad I lives with my mother is hearing, I am deaf. I still using
Netflix since 2004. :) I am very happy that is not affected me.

No email support is lame. But what is really lame, is NO Mac support for "watch instantly". Come on.... Time to hire a new Web team or company. I never get the attitude that "well there more PC's then mac's, so let's just support PC's. LAME!!!!!! There are lots of options to sup[port multiple platforms.

I didn't see in the commercial. Instant movies on your WINDOWS computer only.

Anyway,... I will not continue after my free trial.
