I've tried the beta but it is very slow so I haven't had a serious look at it.

What about trying FastStone Image Viewer under Crossover?

Re: MacBook Pro Diaries #002: Spotlight, Terminals and Photoshop

Thanks Mike but I am not sure I want to spend $300 on Aperture just to have a good thumbnailer and preview system. If it were cheaper or could fully replace Photoshop then I'd snap it up. Maybe in version 2.

And no, I have no idea how to do that Jon. Please tell me :)

Re: MacBook Pro Diaries #002: Spotlight, Terminals and Photoshop

You have enabled icon previews havn't you?
Oh and I don't think photoshop is Universal yet so maybe the cause of any processing delays.

Re: MacBook Pro Diaries #002: Spotlight, Terminals and Photoshop

Aperture is your answer :D Super fast previewing of RAW files, handles most of your adjustments, but can also "right click" and send to photoshop. Although I don't open photoshop nearly as much anymore.
