Happy birthday Paul. I thought you were older also. It's funny but I remember thinking 30 was an important landmark but it just sails by the same as any other birthday. Think of the memories, not the number :)

I see the Dublin marathon is in two days time. A bit late for me to enter, nevermind train. But here is an idea; I'll make the Dublin marathon the first thing I do when I turn 30 next year. A good way to start my 30s. I'd better start training...
