I have several rails apps running with them. So far I have zero recorded downtime, which I haven't had with any other hosts that I've used.

There was one incident where there was some downtime as they moved my slice to a different machine because of memory problems. However it happened so quickly that my external monitoring software didn't even notice it. I only found out about it when they emailed me to apologize about the downtime!
