Google Apps gets serious

Google Apps For Your Domain has recently added some new features and, like my boss likes to say, opened its kimono. They are definitely gunning for Microsoft’s Exchange market now (they offer a solution to migrate away from Exchange, can’t be clearer than that.)

    Thanks for the recommendation. I'd been looking at it for a while, but was hesitant to try it out because I didn't want to get roped into paying a yearly fee. Nice to know that there's still the "free" option, and, of course, it's even nicer that Google Apps beats the pants off of what my Web host offers.

    After hearing you rave about it for so long, i finally bit the bullet and set this up a few weeks ago. And am kicking myself for not doing it long ago... Fast POP, fast 'n' familiar GMail interface, the ability to replace the GMail logo with a drawing of a groundhog... what fun!
