I finally managed on Tomcat.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;While there is tonnes of stuff available through open source, the installation process is still fraught. This is partly due to the number of possible platforms and configurations.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;But that might be the silver bullet open source is waiting for - deploying configuration managers (registries?) that applications can standardise their installtion process by.
