In Firefox's about:config page copy the values from "attention.blackListDomains" to "gesturebank.blackListDomains". Saves you from having to go to your profile folder to find the information. Also, I believe that user prefs from prefs.js only update when you close Firefox, so domains blacklisted in your current session won't be in that value.

I would necessarily want to have my only copy of my blacklist file stored on the cloud, so a local cache makes sense, but being able to point a browser at an online source would enable not only synching between machines, but also opens the possibility that if you serve your attention stream to multiple services you can have a separate blacklist file for each, should that be desirable.
